To Da Floor Or Not Da Floor - Da Story 4

Scourge took Friday off to take Sonic to his doctor appointment. He was going in to find out the gender, sense he was 5 months along now. There was a fight that morning about Shadow coming along, but it was Scourge's day.

They were currently in a room waiting on the doctor. Sonic was lying on the bed while Scourge was in a chair next to it.

Sonic grabbed his hand. "So we're going to visit your mother later?"

Scourge smiled. "Yup, she's excited to see you again."

The door opened and Dr. Autumns stepped in. "Hello again Sonic. Are you ready to find out the gender?"

Sonic nodded.

"Lift up your shirt and lets begin."

Sonic did as he was told and Dr. Autumns carefully put the gel on Sonic's growing stomach. She then used the machine to see the child. It wasn't but a few minutes before Dr. Autumns saw anything.

"Well it appears you are going to have some boys."

"Twins?" asked Sonic surprised.

"Triplets, actually," she replied, leaving both males stumped. "You have a girl as well."

Scourge laughed, "This will be a wonderful shock to Shadow."

Dr. Autumns wrote something down. "Sonic I would like you to take vitamins every day and try to eat a little more. We need to keep those pups healthy."

Sonic just nodded, totally speechless.

After a few more minutes with the doctor, the two headed out of the hospital and to the car.

Sonic was quiet the whole time, Scourge drove to his mother's apartment. "Is something wrong?"

Sonic sighed. "At first everything was fine. I was bringing one child into this life and now I have three on the way. I still don't even know who the father is…"

Scourge sighed as well. "Look Sonic I know you're worried, but we'll deal with everything once the pups are born."

"Just promise me you won't leave if Shadow is the father."

"I promise. I won't lose you to Shadow, Blue, just because you had his kids."

When they arrived downtown, Scourge pulled into a spot in front of some nice-looking apartments. They traveled up a flight of stairs before reaching a door with the last name Hedgehog (which was on practically every door!!). Good thing Scourge knew which one his mom stayed in, so he knocked on the door.

A woman in her late 40s opened the door. She had jade green fur and long quills pulled back in a ponytail and ice blue eyes. "Scourge, Sonic, how are you dears?"

Sonic smiled. "Good Ms. Hedgehog."

The woman shook her head and let them in. "Sonic, its mom or Sarah."

Sonic nodded and sat down on the nice plush couch with Scourge. Sarah quickly went into the kitchen for a minute to get a pincher of tea and some cups.

When she returned she handed out the cups and poured the tea. "So Sonic I hear you are pregnant with a pup."

Sonic blushed. "Well actually mom I just found out I was pregnant with triplets."

Sarah clapped her hands together. "Oh that is wonderful. I remember when I was pregnant with Scourge. He was a buddle of joy, always kicking my sides with his cute little paws."

Scourge blushed as red as Knuckles with embarrassment, "Mother!!"

"Oh Scourgie that is nothing to be ashamed of, your father enjoyed feeling my stomach for your kicks."

Scourge growled. "Do not speak of that man! He was never a father to me!"

Sonic placed a hand on Scourge's shoulder. "Calm down, love."

Sarah sighed. "Scourge, Jules loved you as his son. I wouldn't be living where I am and I wouldn't have been able to put you through college without him. Sure we never married, but you are his son."

"You never married, because he was married when I was conceived."

Sarah looked down at her hands. "Honey, I wasn't proud of what I did, but he was the first man to really love me. I was happy to give birth to you. I wasn't alone anymore and never was Jules. You were his first son."

Sonic froze in his seat. "What do you mean, Sarah? Jules has another son, named Shadow."

Sarah looked at them shocked. "You mean to tell me that Shadow didn't tell you? Jules isn't really his father; Scourge was his first born child."

Both Scourge and Sonic sat there frozen to their seats in shock. Either Shadow knew and didn't tell them or Shadow himself didn't know the horrible truth.
